Todd Drummond

Inventor, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder

Chairman of the Board

Todd was born in New York and started his career as a machine technician in 1973. He soon switched careers and found success in the Aerospace Composites Research and Development industry. After retiring from Aerospace, he joined his local Sheriff's department where he enjoyed his second career as a police officer and School Resource Officer. He is the primary inventor of the defense safety device which is his sixth patent.

President, Co-Inventor and Co-Founder

Donald found himself in the Construction Industry by volunteering to demolish houses after Hurricane Katrina hit his hometown. Soon after his hometown got back to normal, he joined the ARMY and went to college for Building Construction Science. After graduating from college, he commissioned as an ARMY Engineer Officer and started specializing in project management for healthcare buildings ranging from $10M-$50M.

Gerald "Jerry" W. Rigby, CPA,

Treasurer and Tax Advisor

Mr. Rigby founded his tax firm in Waveland, Mississippi in 1994 and has over 35 years of real-world business experience in real estate, construction, trucking & transportation, food & beverage, automotive, retail and more.  He generously donates his time to the Defend our Children Nonprofit to help give back to his local community and Nation. 

Joshua Williams

Ballistic and Structural Engineer

Joshua Williams provides design, ballistic engineering, structural evaluation support, and generates visualization deliverables for Defend our Children. He has his Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and his Master's Degree in Aerospace engineering with an emphasis on fatigue, crack growth, and fracture mechanics  Being a family man himself, he understands the importance of children's safety in school and graciously volunteers his time to help further our nonprofit's mission!
